We accept returns under the following conditions:
- We are contacted via phone or email with your intent to return
- Items are received in unused, unwashed condition, with any original packaging & instructions within 30 days
- We are unable to accept returns of any woven wrap if they have been opened, removed from the package or tried on, as they are no longer in resaleable condition
- The item was not on sale or price reduced in any way
- The item is regular stock, not a special order
Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs - including duty or taxes.
We offer subsidised flat rate and free shipping, however; shipping costs are non-refundable and our actual will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds will be given via original payment method once item is received.
Items returned in less than new condition or after 30 days may be considered for store credit and will be subjected to a restocking fee. Returns that are missing instructions will be charged a $10 replacement fee.
